There is no single set price for all kittens. Each kitten is completely unique, and pricing is determined individually based on a variety of important factors. All pricing is set at our discretion and is subject to change without notice.
How Pricing Is Determined:
Coat Length
Exotic Shorthairs, often referred to as shorthair Persians, are generally among our more affordable kittens. Their shorter, lower-maintenance coats can make daily grooming easier for many families, and coat type is one of the factors considered in pricing.
Coat Color & Rarity
Rarer and more difficult-to-produce colors are typically priced higher. Our Rug Hugger kittens and Forever Blue-Eyed Persians are among our most highly valued, reflecting the many years of selective breeding, development, and refinement invested into these special lines.
Cosmetic Traits
Any cosmetic trait we identify is disclosed to prospective families and considered when determining the kitten’s price. We believe in being open about each kitten’s individual characteristics so families can make an informed decision.
Breeder-Quality Potential
Occasionally, a kitten possesses qualities that make us seriously consider retaining them for our own breeding program. These kittens may be priced significantly higher, sometimes above $10,000, because we are fully prepared to keep them unless their asking price is met.
Color Patterns
Some color patterns require years of planning, careful selection, and dedicated breeding to produce responsibly. Pricing reflects the expertise, time, and commitment involved in developing these special lines.
Photography, Grooming & Listing Updates
Professional grooming and photography are part of how we present each kitten at their very best. Because we are charged by both our groomer and professional photographer, pricing may increase when a kitten receives updated grooming, new photographs, or refreshed marketing.
Please note: Kittens already discounted due to age or cosmetic traits are not eligible for additional discounts.
General Price Range
Our kittens typically begin at $3,500 and increase from there, depending on their individual characteristics, rarity, and other pricing factors.
Forever Blue-Eyed Persians begin at $5,000, with pricing increasing based on individual characteristics and rarity.
For over 37 years, we have worked diligently to improve and refine our Persian lines, with health, temperament, and overall quality at the forefront of our breeding decisions.
When you purchase from us, you are investing in decades of dedication, experience, and responsible breeding practices. We utilize DNA testing, blood testing, and veterinary screening as appropriate for our breeding cats and lines, including testing for serious hereditary and infectious conditions where reliable testing is available.
No breeder can guarantee that a cat will never develop a health condition, but thoughtful testing, careful selection, and long-term accountability are essential parts of responsible breeding.
This is not a pastime or hobby for us. This is our life’s work.
Transparency, Integrity & Buyer Protection
We understand that purchasing a kitten online can feel intimidating. We want every family to feel confident that both their heart and their hard-earned money are being treated with care and respect.
Our pricing reflects honesty, transparency, and decades of knowledgeable experience. If we identify a cosmetic trait or other matter that should be disclosed, we communicate that information so prospective families understand the kitten they are considering.

A Gentle but Important Word of Caution
Social media has made it easier than ever to discover beautiful kittens, but it has also made it important for buyers to carefully research the breeder they choose.
An unusually low price does not automatically mean a kitten is poorly bred, just as a high price does not guarantee quality. What matters is the breeder’s experience, health practices, transparency, and willingness to remain accountable after the sale.
Before purchasing from any breeder, we encourage families to ask about:
- The health and genetic testing performed on breeding cats
- The kitten’s veterinary care and health records
- The breeder’s experience and breeding practices
- Written contracts and health guarantees
- The kitten’s temperament and socialization
- The support available after the kitten goes home

Security Deposits
A security deposit is required to reserve a kitten and lock in the current advertised price.
Deposit amounts:
- Cash deposit: $1,000
- Wire transfer or Zelle deposit: $350
Deposits secure a kitten for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the remaining balance is due unless otherwise arranged in writing.
All deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the sale. If we cancel the sale, monies paid will be refunded in accordance with our purchasing terms.
We do not hold kittens without a deposit. An application, phone conversation, or expression of interest does not reserve a kitten.
The Purchasing Process
Step One — Choose Your Kitten & Apply
Select the kitten you are interested in and complete our online kitten application. Tell us about yourself, your family, and the type of home you have to offer. If you are still searching, you may also share the colors, coat types, personalities, or other qualities you are hoping for.

Step Two — Approval & Reservation
If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice with instructions for securing your kitten. Once the required deposit is received, your kitten will be marked reserved and removed from the available market.
Step Three — Complete Your Purchase
Your sales contract and payment instructions will be provided. The remaining balance must be paid within the required timeframe, and all purchasing requirements must be completed before your kitten leaves our home.
Important Purchasing Policies
We do not accept full payment via PayPal or Cash App. Kittens must be paid in full before leaving our home, and bank wiring instructions are provided in the sales contract.
We do not deliver kittens to airports for cash-paying clients. Cash-paying families must arrange pickup in Unionville, Missouri.
All kittens are placed with approved homes only. We reserve the right to refuse a sale, as our responsibility is to find the best possible home for each kitten.
