Terms & Conditions for Purchasing & Placing a Deposit
Thank you for considering one of our kittens. Please review the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable adoption experience for everyone.
Security Deposits
A security deposit is the only way to hold or reserve a kitten.
- Standard deposit: $350 (non-refundable & non-transferable)
- Holds the kitten for 48 hours
- After 48 hours, the remaining balance is due in full (via bank wire transfer, Zelle or Cash App—no exceptions)
Cash Buyers
Cash is accepted only for kittens marked as “ready to go.”
- Cash deposit: 50% of the kittens purchase price. (non-refundable & non-transferable)
- These kittens must be picked up locally within 7 business days
These policies help us keep the adoption process fair, organized, and timely for all families.
Boarding Fees
If your kitten is ready to leave, you have 7 days to pick them up or arrange nanny delivery. After that time:
- Week 1: $500
- Week 2: $1,000
We board for up to 2 weeks. Fees cover food, litter, grooming, care, and age-appropriate vaccines. All fees must be paid before the kitten is released. Retired breeders cannot be boarded and must be picked up within 7 days.
Purchasing Process
If your kitten is ready to leave, you have 7 days to pick them up or arrange nanny delivery. After that time:
- Choose your kitten.
- Complete our online adoption application.
- If approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the deposit.
- Your deposit updates the kitten’s status to “Reserved” for 48 hours.
- Pay the remaining balance by:
Bank wire, or
Cashier’s check (must arrive 5 days before pickup)
We do not accept PayPal or Venmo for full payment. We do not meet at airports for cash transactions. After your deposit is received, we prepare your contract and email it to you with bank wire instructions.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only when a buyer changes their mind after paying in full for a kitten. If you decide not to proceed with your purchased kitten after the full balance has been paid, the following terms apply:
If we cancel the sale for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund of all monies paid.
- No refund will be issued until the kitten has been resold.
- Once the kitten is resold, your refund will be 50% of the resale price, not the original purchase price.
- All deposits remain non-refundable and are not included in refund calculations.
- This policy exists because holding a kitten removes them from the market, often causing us to miss other qualified buyers.
Discounted Kittens
Occasionally, we offer kittens for around $3,500. These kittens are already reduced, so no additional discounts apply. We do not stack discounts.
General Communication Policies
- We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time.
- Financial ability alone does not guarantee adoption.
- A completed adoption application is required for all buyers.
- All kittens must be at least 12 weeks old before leaving our nursery.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Deposits: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp
- Final payment: Bank wire or cash
Photography Policies
- We do not provide cell phone photos or “quick pics.”
- Website photos are updated as often as possible.
- New photos may result in a price increase before posting.
- To secure the current price, a deposit must be placed the same day.

Pricing Information
Kitten pricing is based on:
- Color
- Facial structure, ear placement, and body type
- Our willingness to keep the kitten for our own program

- Kittens will not be held on verbal agreements.
- We do not offer in-home visits or meet-and-greets.

Adult weight
Adult coat color
(Though we always offer our best professional estimate.)
Additional Photo & Video Policy
We do not offer extra pictures or videos by request. Please refer to our social media pages for additional content.
About “Cheap Persian Kittens”
If you are seeking a low-cost kitten, we kindly recommend checking your local humane society or shelter.
Raising quality kittens is expensive. We invest in:
- Premium nutrition
- Veterinary care
- Spacious, enriched environments
- Vaccinations
- Grooming supplies
- Toys & enrichment
- Exercise equipment
While cheaper kittens exist online, you will not find higher-quality, healthier, or more ethically raised kittens than ours.
Cosmetic Flaws
Cosmetic imperfections are not always visible in photos. Because of this, kittens with cosmetic flaws are available for local pickup only, no exceptions.
