Meet Moose!

Some kittens make you laugh because they’re trying to be funny.

Moose isn’t trying at all.

That’s just who he is.

From the day he was born, he’s had this happy, goofy personality that somehow makes every day a little brighter. Around the nursery, we’ve learned to keep an eye on him because if everyone suddenly starts laughing, there’s a pretty good chance Moose is responsible.

One afternoon we couldn’t figure out why the room had gotten so quiet. That’s usually a sign somebody is up to something. We finally found Moose sitting inside a little basket that was clearly too small for him. He had somehow squeezed his whole body inside, looked up at us with those big innocent eyes, and seemed completely confused about why everyone was laughing.

He made absolutely no attempt to get out.

He looked perfectly happy right where he was.

That’s Moose.

He has this wonderful way of turning ordinary little moments into memories you’ll still be talking about years later.

His name couldn’t fit him better. He approaches life with confidence and curiosity, convinced every room deserves exploring and every new toy is waiting just for him. He loves investigating anything unfamiliar, and if he notices you doing something interesting, you can almost guarantee he’ll wander over to see if he can help.

Now…his idea of helping isn’t always especially helpful.

But he certainly gives it his best effort.

As entertaining as Moose is, he has an incredibly gentle side that catches people by surprise. After all the exploring is finished, he’ll quietly climb into your lap, stretch out against you, and begin purring before he’s even comfortable. It’s almost like someone flipped a switch from “tiny explorer” to “professional cuddler.”

One of our favorite things about Moose is how quickly he wins people over.

Visitors always seem to pick him up “just for a second.”

A few minutes later…

They’re still holding him.

He has one of those easygoing personalities that makes people feel like they’ve known him forever. He’s content to tag along while you’re doing chores, supervise from a nearby chair, or simply curl up beside you while you relax at the end of the day.

Being an Exotic Shorthair Persian only makes him that much harder to resist. His plush teddy bear coat, chubby little cheeks, and sweet expression make him look like a stuffed animal that somehow came to life. Best of all, his short coat is easier to care for than a traditional long-haired Persian while still giving you that wonderful Persian personality everyone loves.

When we picture Moose in his future home, we don’t imagine someone simply bringing home a kitten.

We picture a family gaining a little companion who will make them laugh on the days they need it most.

The kitten who follows them into the kitchen just to see what’s for dinner.

The one who somehow ends up in the funniest places for no reason at all.

The little face waiting by the door when they come home.

Those are the moments that make a cat unforgettable.

And if there’s one thing we’re sure of…

It’s that nobody forgets Moose.

He’s funny.

He’s gentle.

He’s adventurous.

Most of all, he’s the kind of kitten who quietly becomes part of your family before you even realize how much you needed him.
