Some kittens are beautiful to look at. Others are beautiful to live with. Wookie just happens to be both.
We honestly cannot believe this breathtaking little boy is still waiting for his forever family! Wookie is one of those kittens who catches your eye from across the room, then completely wins you over the minute you pet him, and he turns on that loud, roaring motor. His luxurious, golden-shaded coat, paired with those extraordinary deep indigo-blue eyes, makes him an absolute showstopper. And yes—those gorgeous blue eyes are here to stay! But as beautiful as Wookie is, his personality may be our favorite thing about him. He is an absolute dream to have around. Wookie has a wonderfully sweet, easygoing nature that lets him fit right into whatever is happening in the nursery. He loves playing with the other kittens, investigating anything that catches his attention, and spending time with his hoomans.
He has a calm confidence about him and seems to make friends wherever he goes. And this boy LOVES his TV time! You can often find Wookie stretched out, completely fascinated by whatever happens to be playing on the screen. Give him a comfy spot, something interesting on TV, and his favorite humans nearby, and Wookie considers that a pretty great afternoon. Of course, he is still very much a kitten, so don’t let that laid-back side fool you! His days are full of playing, exploring, kitten silliness, and romping around with his nursery friends.
Once he’s had his playtime, though, Wookie is perfectly content to settle down beside you for a cuddle or a cozy afternoon nap. One of the things we appreciate most about Wookie is just how genuine he is. This little guy is nothing complicated. He wants to be loved. He wants to be included. And he wants to know what his people are doing. Whether he’s quietly watching the world from a cozy perch, playing with his kitten friends, or following us around the nursery to supervise whatever we’re up to, Wookie simply enjoys being part of the family.
A Little Something That Makes Wookie…Wookie!
Wookie has a slight offbite, meaning his baby teeth don’t line up purrr-fectly. These are still his baby teeth, so his adult teeth may come in differently as he grows. It certainly doesn’t slow him down or keep him from enjoying life—and Lord knows it hasn’t kept him from crunching his kibble!
😂 Wookie LOVES his food! His slightly imperfect little smile doesn’t take away from his beauty or personality. If anything, we think it gives him another tiny characteristic that makes him uniquely Wookie. After all, the kittens we remember most aren’t necessarily the ones who were perfect on paper.
They’re the ones who looked at us a certain way, made us laugh at just the right moment, curled up beside us when we needed them, and somehow completely stole our hearts. And Wookie has heart-stealer written all over him. He has incredible permanent indigo-blue eyes, a gorgeous shaded golden coat, a sweet temperament, playful kitten antics, and an affectionate nature.
Wookie has so much to offer his future family. We truly believe someone out there will see this beautiful boy and wonder how everyone else passed him by.
Maybe Wookie has simply been waiting for his person to finally find him.
Because the family who chooses Wookie isn’t just getting an extraordinarily beautiful kitten. They’re getting a TV-watching, kibble-crunching, kitten-playing, people-loving little character who will make everyday life a whole lot sweeter. He’s not perfect on paper. He’s something better—he’s perfectly Wookie. Sweet Wookie is ready to find the family he’s been waiting for. If our sweet little Wookie sounds like the furry, purry family you’re looking for, apply below.

If you feel a special connection with this sweet fur-baby, we invite you to fill out our online kitten application below and tell us about the loving home you envision for him or her.
We thoughtfully select homes that complement each kitty’s individual personality, temperament, and well-being. If we believe your home could be a wonderful match, we’ll reach out to discuss the next steps.
Before applying, please take a few moments to read through our Terms & Conditions page. It contains important information about our adoption process, policies, and what to expect along the way. We want every family to feel comfortable, informed, and excited before taking that next step with us.
One little reminder from our hearts—the World Wide Web never sleeps. Our kittens are seen by families near and far, around the clock, and a kitten who is available when you fall in love with them may have found their forever family by the time you return.
These precious little souls aren’t something that can simply be restocked or reproduced. There is only ONE of that exact kitten in the entire world—one little face, one personality, and one unique combination of everything that made your heart stop and say, “That’s the one.” Once that kitten has found their forever home, there will never be another exactly like them.
So, if you keep coming back to the same little face and your heart has already made that special connection, don’t wait too long to apply.
Please remember that an inquiry, application, or verbal commitment does not reserve a kitten. If you’ve found your perfect match, we encourage you to take the next step while that special little one is still available.

We use Tidy Cats Instant Action Unscented Non-Clumping Clay Cat Litter. We have it delivered from Chewy.com.
We have tried many different litter pans and found the basic Van Ness large litter box works best for kitties since we dump and bleach all our litter pans daily.
When you bring your new kitten home, it’s essential to set up one special room just for them—their home base room.
We try to teach our cats not to scratch rugs or carpet, so it’s best to offer appealing scratching alternatives like sisal or carpet-covered scratchers to avoid confusing your cat and protect your floors.
