Meet Gatsby! 🤍

Oh my goodness, where do I even start with this boy?

Gatsby is one of those kittens who is almost too pretty to be real. His gorgeous snow-white coat is the first thing you notice about him. It is so bright, soft, and fluffy that he honestly looks like a little white cloud floating through the house. And the older he gets, the prettier that coat becomes. You can already tell he is going to grow into one absolutely breathtaking Persian.

But as beautiful as Gatsby is, his personality may actually be my favorite thing about him.

He is such a sweet, happy little guy with that perfect mix of affectionate and playful. He loves being around people and is always interested in whatever we are doing. He’s not one to sit across the room and watch life happen—Gatsby wants to be right in the middle of it. 😂

The other day I was folding clean towels and stepped away for just a minute. When I came back, there was Gatsby, stretched out right in the middle of my freshly folded pile like I had made him his own personal luxury bed. He just looked up at me completely content, like, “Oh good, you’re back. I approve of these.” 😂 Needless to say, I didn’t have the heart to move him.

That’s Gatsby.

He has this funny little way of making himself part of your day without demanding attention. Before you know it, he’s following you into the next room, sitting beside you while you’re doing something, or looking up at you with that sweet face waiting to be scooped up.

And once you do pick him up, good luck putting him back down. Between that soft white coat and his loving personality, he is ridiculously easy to fall in love with.

I can already picture Gatsby becoming someone’s little best friend—the kitty who greets you in the morning, follows you around the house, makes you laugh during the day, and curls up close when everything finally gets quiet at night.

There are beautiful kittens, and then there are kittens who have that little something extra that makes you remember them.

Gatsby has both. 🤍
