Meet S’Mores 

There is just something about this little boy.

S’Mores is our beautiful Shaded Golden Tabby & White boy, and his coloring is every bit as sweet as his name. He has the prettiest warm golden coat mixed with crisp white, adorable tabby markings, and one of those little faces that seems to have a different expression every time you look at him.

But as cute as he is in pictures, his personality is what has really made us fall in love with him.

S’Mores is such a happy, curious little guy. He wants to know what you’re doing, where you’re going, and most importantly, whether any of it might somehow involve him. 😂 He has this wonderful combination of being playful and silly while also having such a sweet, loving side.

Lately he has discovered that standing up on his little back legs gives him a much better view of whatever we’re doing. The other day I turned around and there he was, standing straight up, looking at me as seriously as he possibly could. I asked him, “What are you doing, S’Mores?”

He just kept standing there staring at me.

I swear he looked like a tiny person waiting for me to acknowledge him. 😂

Of course I picked him up, and he immediately settled against me, looking completely satisfied with himself. Apparently that was the entire plan.

Those are the little things about S’Mores that we’re going to remember.

He makes you laugh without trying. He makes you stop what you’re doing just to love on him for a minute. And somehow, that sweet little face has a way of getting him exactly what he wants around here.

I think S’Mores would be happiest in a home where he isn’t just “the cat,” but truly part of the family. The kind of home where someone wants a little companion following them through the house, popping up to see what they’re doing, making them laugh and eventually curling up close when the day winds down.

He’s beautiful, of course. His golden-and-white coloring will be absolutely gorgeous as he grows and his coat continues to develop.

But years from now, I don’t think his family will love him most because of how pretty he is.

They’ll love him because he’s S’Mores.

The funny little things he does. The expressions on his face. The way he makes an ordinary day a little happier just by being there.

Somewhere out there is the person who will look at this little boy and realize he belongs in their home.

And I have a feeling S’Mores is going to have them wrapped around his little paw in no time. 🤎🤍
